Appetizer (choose one):
Crab Cakes: grilled belgium endive, blood orange beurre blanc
or Lamb Meatballs: pickled cucumber spaghetti, apricot brandy jam, feta cheese, balsamic glaze
or Crispy Brussel Sprouts: with paprika spiked aioli
or Sesame Crusted Tuna: seared rare, wakame salad, ginger soy glaze

First Course (Choose one):
Baby Spinach Salad: candied walnuts, granny smith apples, blue cheese, cranberries, maple walnut vinaigrette
or Baby Kale Caesar: cherry tomatoes, house pimento croutons, shaved asiago, house dressing
or Lobster Bisque: with sherry, cream, chives.

Main Course (choose one):
Provencal: pan seared Springer Mountain chicken, tomato, basil, lemon demi glaze, herb farro, sautéed spinach
or Mandarin Salmon: grilled Atlantic salmon, jasmine rice, Sautéed haricot verts, mango salsa, mandarin glaze
or Filet: marinated, grilled, 6oz center cut filet, grilled asparagus, potatoes
or Three-Cheese Tortellini with sun dried tomatoes and spinach

Dessert: Chocolate Mousse
